Career Opportunity – Finance / Accounting Professional
Our client, a growing real estate investment and development firm located in Detroit, is looking to add a great finance / accounting professional to their team. The focus on this role will be on the over $100 million of construction projects, both ground up and renovation, that the firm is currently working on.
The core responsibilities will include:
- tracking construction costs;
- reconciling budgets;
- loan draw approvals;
- investor reporting;
- fund deployment and cash flow forecasting;
- support year end tax reporting and audit issues; and
- other related finance and accounting matters.
This is a new role at the company, and our client is looking for a energetic, motivated, resourceful individual to help them continue to grow a great company.
